Xiao Zhi Mei Yan is a professional OEM manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and packaging. Located in the Baiyun District Cosmetics Industrial Park in Guangzhou, our facility spans 12000 square meters, features 10 GMP-certified cleanrooms, and has an annual capacity of 8000 thousand units/ bottles.
The company is certified under ISO 22716 International Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics and serves over 200 domestic and international brand clients. Our core R&D team consists of 15 formulation engineers, launching more than 300 new formulas annually across four categories: skincare, hair care, makeup, and oral care.
We do not accept orders beyond our capabilities. Product category, minimum order quantity, and lead time will be clearly confirmed during the initial discussion to avoid issues arising during mass production.
